My old car which is registered to park in Bloomington does not work anymore and I'm getting rid of it. I am getting a new car for the next few weeks to replace the old one. Can I use the sticker on the old car and put it in the new one to park on the street or can I not do that since I didn't register with the city?
Many storm drains and curbs look like this in neighborhood after winter going into weekend of massive rain. The no leaf collection is a fine idea, but there needs to be follow-up street sweeping or repercussions for people who don’t clear their curbs and drains.

The traffic light at the intersection of South College Mall Rd and Covenanter has messed up light timing early in the morning. I go to work and am passing through the intersection at about 6:05am, and the people traveling on College Mall Rd (which is the main road with the most constant traffic) only have a 25 second green light, when the people traveling across Covenanter have a 50 second green light. Please pretty please consider switching the two light timings so that the main road has the most time to pass through the light, or make it a sensor triggered light perhaps at that time of day? Most of the time not one person will pass through crossing over on Covenanter while there are 5-8 cars waiting at the light on College Mall. It really makes no sense. I hope this can be changed. The asphalt has collapsed next to the sewer drain and water is flowing into the sewer through the hole, eroding the area under it. (This is the second drain in this neighborhood I have reported for the same issue. It seems the contractor might have used less-than-standard practices in preparing the street drains here.)
