Why has the City issued a neighborhood parking permit to a vehicle that is larger than permitted by 15.32.070? The vehicle is parked in the 600 block of S. Eastside Drive. 15.32.070 - Certain vehicles—Two-hour limit. No person shall allow a truck, trailer, tractor, bus, housetrailer, semi-trailer, or other vehicle having a load capacity in excess of one ton, or a length in excess of nineteen feet, or a height in excess of six feet six inches, or a width in excess of seven feet to be parked upon the streets of the city in excess of two hours. This prohibition shall not apply to pick-up type campers. Any violation of this section is a Class C Violation and subject to the penalty listed in Section 15.64.010(c). (Ord. 82-1 § 1 (part), 1982).

There are two large dead trees in front of 400 S. High Street. They have been dead for more than a year. They pose a fire hazard as well as a risk of injury and damage to property should they fall.
The house at 904 E. University has weeds that are overgrown. This yard has not been mowed all summer. It is unsightly and obstructs a portion of the sidewalk. There is even poison ivy growing right next to the sidewalk.
Picture to go with my request for an early pick-up of these leaves on the sidewalk at 409 S High Street. Thanks.
The house next door to ours (currently vacant and for sale) has overgrown trees that are dead and falling down. Two cars have had either broken windows or mirrors, and all cars have sustained scratches from these trees. We are wondering what can be done to take the trees down. 344 Euclid Street - trash on front porch, in yard and over flowing from garage. Rats near garage
The amount of litter all alone Acuff Road is ridiculous. We are polluting our earth, and nothing is being done about it. It would be nice to not have a beautiful, scenic drive be ruined by various clutter. Is there any way we could get the Monroe County Jail to participate in the cleaning up of Bloomington? Somebody must take action; as it is getting out of hand. Thank you for your time.
