sidewalk on south side of 17th between the east property line of tri north middle school and the tri north driveway. the erosion control and vegetation are obstructing the south half of the sidewalk and a creek is flowing through the north half of it. every student that walked to tri norh this morning using this sidewalk had wet feet all day.

The old Bloomington bagel co building has a construction site that has been blocking the sidewalk for weeks...i beams, concrete trucks, saw horses in front of the entrance of 420. Not even trying to keep it open.
