sidewalk on south side of 17th between the east property line of tri north middle school and the tri north driveway. the erosion control and vegetation are obstructing the south half of the sidewalk and a creek is flowing through the north half of it. every student that walked to tri norh this morning using this sidewalk had wet feet all day.
W Smith Ave betwwn South Madison and South Morton is a wreck, with potholes scattered throughout. The corner at Smith and Morton is continuing to degrade. Thank you.

The walk sign was NOT on to cross tenth, as pictured, though the speaker on the button said it was. To duplicate the problem you may have to wait ten or so seconds into the cycle.
