the left turn arrow for northbound walnut street at hillside activates without turn lane traffic present and stays activated for the full duration of it's maximum setting. the left turn arrow on third street at Patterson will not activate for motorcycles.
Traffic entering East Moores from Valley Forge can't see oncoming traffic from the west because of foliage. It needs to be cut back to give a clearer view to traffic heading east on Moores Pike.
From Adams St to Roger St along 5th St there at least 4 overhead street lights out which I observed on the way into town. In addition I observed 3 non-overhead lights out. if there is a time when all the street lights everywhere in the city should be working it is during a dark winter night.
There are several lights between Fee Lane and the Bypass on 17th that are either dim or out.
The old Bloomington bagel co building has a construction site that has been blocking the sidewalk for weeks...i beams, concrete trucks, saw horses in front of the entrance of 420. Not even trying to keep it open.
