There is an old stump of a stop sign on the south side of Henderson, sidewalk, between second and Atwater, my brother was running and almost broke his toe on it!.

Stump of old sign post, very close to corner of Henderson and second, on the sidewalk on the West side of Henderson's sidewalk, north of second. My brother almost broke his toe on it when running to campus. Thanks!

tree down, has landed on power lines. cars can pass under, but potential hazard if tree falls completely down. power lines are keeping it suspended.

Someone put an advertisement in my mailbox without actually mailing it, it has a hole to be placed on a door nob. My understanding is that it's a crime to do that. The company on the ad is "top notch mowing and landscapes" phone number 812-360-8543. I called and left a message with them complaining as well.

The empty cleaners there at the corner across from Big Red is so overgrown! The weeds probably come to my waist.

There is a man who always sits on the planter on this corner with a dog so that no one else can use them, I've never gone by there and not seen him. He's selling jewelry there, which is not allowed. Its unfair too the other homeless people that he alone is allowed to sell things on the street and block traffic and use of the bench. If this is the wrong subheading please forward to right person!
