Reference case number #171054, Streetlight at 4013 East Bennington, IN 47401. Light again not working. It did work between Wednesday 12/18 to Tuesday 12/24/2019. But it did not light up the evening of 12/25/2019.

On College Avenue between 9th-8th Streets, east side of the road, all but 1 light is out. Reporting for data tracking along with repair request. If not City owned, please advise responsible party if possible. GPS location in uReport is not accurate.
Stop sign is missing at Westminster and Winslow.
The street lamp in front of my house blinks and goes out for periods of time. I think the bulb is burning out.

The street light at the corner of Claybridge Drive in Sandburg Court turns on and off in 45 second intervals.
There is a huge pothole on Woodlawn (northbound) at the stop sign between E 2nd St and E Hunter Ave. There are also smaller potholes along Woodlawn Ave (northbound) near this area.
The street on E Cedarwood Circle between E Cedarwood Dr and Claybridge Dr need to be repaved. The road is worn below the curb and causes a large drop when backing out of driveways and makes mailboxes difficult to access.
