1305 West 11th Street. This is not the first time I have reported this property. This property is absolutely stacked with with junk, construction debris, rubbish, and who knows what else. It is immoral and an obscenity for these people to disrespect their neighbors in this way. Speaking for myself, it detracts from the enjoyment and value of my own property right nearby. This property is zoned single family residence. I want it cleaned up. Since no code was enforced previously, allow me to remind you: 6.06.010 - Definitions. "Rubbish" means nonputrescible solid wastes consisting of both combustible and noncombustible wastes, such as paper, cardboard, tin cans, wood, glass, bedding, crockery, construction debris, and similar materials. 6.06.020 - Deposit of garbage. It is unlawful for any person to throw, place, or scatter any garbage, recyclable materials or yard waste over or upon any premises, street, alley, either public or private, or to suffer or permit any garbage, recyclable materials or yard waste to be placed or deposited on the premises owned, occupied or controlled by such person either with or without the intent to later remove, cover, or burn it. This provision shall not restrict the filling of low lands within the city with brick, stone, sand, gravel, cold ashes, or dirt after the appropriate permit has been obtained from the city engineering department. 6.06.110 - Violations. Violations of the provisions of this chapter are declared a PUBLIC NUISANCE. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. Everything stacked in the front and side yard of that property clearly fits into that definition and those violations. A large amount of debris, trash and waste continues to blow into the administration lot and mccsc bus lot. The source is a camp that has been setup on the east end of the McDonald’s property.
There is an excessive amount of trash in a backyard along the B-Line trail; it looks like it one of the houses on Kendall Drive has been dumping here. Trash is visible by taking the more westward of the 2 branches of the B-Line at country club (the new one) and heading north. It's pretty close to Country Club. Within a hundred yards or so.
