The two cars are parking with a yellow painted curb going to the stop sign. This is at 911 N. Illinois St. Bloomington, In. 47404 This is an ongoing issue. Parking is to be only on the left side. The curb is painted yellow.
SE corner of Kirkwood & College Aves. the talking signal isn't working.
The stop sign on 7th heading east before Rogers street is obscured by a tree branch. This seems dangerous.

Several large trash bags in the neighbors yard and open and will attract rodents
The fencing at Building Trades park o. Howe has been falling apart for months.
The lights on south dunn street, between Atwater and 2nd, are out of order. It makes the sidewalks very dark for pedestrians
Red, white and blue signs: We Buy Houses - Any condition One on the SE corner of Walnut and Winslow in the grass, and several more down towards the S Walnut Kroger store, but that most likely is outside your jurisdiction.
Bike rack has been broken at this location for months. It just needs remastered to the concrete.
