In looking at a satellite map of Bloomington there appears to be a trail in Bloomington's west end which starts (or ends) on West 3rd Street (SR 48) across from Highland Faith Assembly of God Church, going along Stonechase Crossing Road, behind Highland Park Elementary School, then along Gifford Road and Endwright Road and eventually in back of the Monroe County Fairgrounds. None of the listed trails fit this description so I would like to know if this is a trail open to the public and if there have been any reports of incidents (with local riffraff) on that trail as there had reportedly been along the B-Line Trail. RE: uReport case #171004 This case has been closed; however, the issue is not resolved. No adjustment was made to my Dec invoice in regard to our incorrect Nov. bill. Due to new meter issue, our Nov. bill was $150.90 (4 times normal). Kim Trotter closed the case stating an adjustment was made and would reflect on Dec. invoice. I do not believe I owe any amount for this month and probably most of Jan. invoice due to my overpayment. This issue must be resolved. I can be reached at (812) 361-6041

563 e Graham place. Small dog is stuck on porch all hours of the day, crying to be let in. The porch is maybe 7x4 ft. No area for shade besides a towel that's been draped over the rail. This has been going on for a while now. Very worried about this dog.

I just paid on line a bill for a parking citation I have never seen. I just received Notice of Overdue Citation. It would seem fair to receive and see the Citation before I am unable to appeal or threats of being sent to a collection agency. At this point It seems I have to trust the citation is real and not something made up by a local government. Was the violation in a no parking zone, was the meter not fed, was the meter broken or not accepting payments. Seems as if the rate for the violation is steep depending on the circumstance which I do not know. Policing for profit may be the way Bloomington pays for city services. Lastly, the comment I will likely make about your city when asked will not involve my student's education and life experiences when schooling in your city but rather the gouging and threatening over a citation that was unknown to me.

On the south side of Winslow, between Walnut Pike and the Mexican restaurant there are tree limbs blocking the use of the sidewalk. The evergreen trees are the worst of the problem. I have to crouch down very low to avoid hitting my head on the branches.
