Can I recycle plastic bags? I heard that was not allowed any more
Thank you for removing the leaves from Park Ridge Park!!!!!! I am sure that will make an impact next season in terms of making the sloped areas of the park less likely to suffer from erosion over the winter (given the straw mulch and seed put down) and then aid in rejuvenating the grass in those areas, again leading to less erosion, less maintenance, and a better park for the neighborhood and the city! Thanks!!!
Cement truck hit a branch on the tree in our parkway and broke it off. Can the City come and pick it up?
My water bill seems abnormally high (2-3 times higher than any bill I've received the last few years). I saw the article in the Herald Times concerning residences on the south side who were billed incorrectly, which appears to be my case. I'm not sure if this is the proper place to report this, but would appreciate any information you can give me. Thanks! Wayne Huck 4014 S Crane Ct
I was billed for 3000 gallons of water in a month that I used less than 100. Both the meter and the next bill I received reflect this. I assumed I would be credited for the overpayment when the meter was checked again, but that did not happen.

Pothole in the 200 block of W Second near the Kroger
I reported this issue 10 weeks ago, and no action has been taken that I can tell. The home at 831 S. High St. (on the NE corner of High and Maxwell) has vines that have grown over 1/3 of the sidewalk, and branches from bushes hang into the sidewalk as well, making it a hazard for pedestrians and bikers. This home has had hundreds of thousands of dollars of renovations done to it, but the homeowners can't seem to pay someone $25 to cut back the vines and bushes. Something absolutely must be done about this -- I'm tired of having to encounter this neglect on a daily basis.
