To: Office of the Mayor These scooters (see image) are parked in spaces where my residents need to park for several days now. I already moved them closer to the street several times. This location does not have a walkway (307 19th Street), they should not be parked in private property. I called the police, but they have suggested to open a complaint in your office. I talked to the crew when they came through and they told me our trees were not dropped enough for the scheduled collection and they would return in the near future. I would like to report that "no parking this side" signs are missing from the west side of N Washington St (between 15th St and 16th St). The street is currently marked for what I believe will be new neighborhood parking permit signs, but I think replacing the "no parking this side" signs is more appropriate (given the width of the street).

I own and live in a property at 118 N. Jackson St. The alley that runs directly by our home (runs parallel between Kirkwood and 6th Street) has become extremely overgrown in the last two years. It's often a dumping ground for clothes, junk and drugs (yes, I have photos of various people hiding items in the brush for others to retrieve). Heretofore, my girlfriend and I are the only people picking things up when clothes and junk are dumped in the alley. I would love a city clean up of brush, limbs, overgrowth and trash and feel like a better looking alley would not lend itself to discarded items so often. I've included one photo from my kitchen window of one (of several) instances in which a seemingly homeless man was hiding/exchanging items in the brush for (what i assume must be) other individuals to find. I of course realize this alley is never going to get a garden award but do believe shaping it up and removing much of the brush would help this situation greatly.

Regarding ticket #168173 says it was resolved, but is not. issue remains. Need runoff dug to correct drop. From previous report "Insufficient runoff drainage on the East side of S. Meadowbrook Dr in Parkridge East between 111 S. Meadowbrook drive and the 101 S Meadowbrook Dr causing significant backups and flooding for residents. Particularly the runoff drainage ditch is blocking the culvert in front of 111 S. Meadowbrook. Picture attached. Request the drainage ditch be deepened in this area so that the culvert is unblocked and provides sufficient slope to keep water flowing toward E. Morningside runoff drainage."
