I parked at meter 7612 today at approximately 1340 and deposited 50 cents but was only credited with 15 minutes. I would like a refund for the 25 cents I wasn’t credited with. How do I obtain my refund?

Illinois plated pickup truck blocking sidewalk at SE corner of Howe and Rogers
501 S Rogers (but on the Howe side of the property). Between the weeds growing over the sidewalk and the smelly trash cans, there’s not any room to comfortably pass.

Terrible potholes on S Rogers, between the Sare Rd roundabout and the intersection with Snoddy.
Big pothole on Rogers between the main building of the Salvation Army ( 111 N Rogers) and the Auto Parts store.
Norway Spruce near Bryan Park tennis court has another tree growing under it, and some other saplings and weeds. Please suggest to Parks & Rec to have an employee uproot that other tree and weed around the spruce. Thanks!
