Let's see where do I begin...I live at Evolve and last night a room above me was partying, stomping their feet at 2AM-3AM and I woke up and piece of my ceiling cracked and found my dust on my blanket. I do not know how Evolve got this place up in a year. Their building needs to be inspected. I heard that construction workers were told to spray paint mold because of the rain the building accumulated over time during construction. That is unacceptable. This complex needs to be investigated. The only reason why I haven't moved out is because they would provide us with subpar living conditions that are not even good. My friend was given an option to stay at the Days Inn. Wow. a Days Inn? Compare that to what we pay at Evolve. This place is absolutely not up to code and I am confident you would find that something when you walk into the building. Please take this matter seriously otherwise myself and a group of my advocates will file a lawsuit against them because of opening this place up early and filled with issues. The list is endless. Thank you.
114 South College: Appears to be a City Light glass globe that has been placed next to the building. It is cracked, requesting that the City dispose of the globe. If it is not the City's, please advise: We will address
It is so sad that the weather keeps un-doing all the wonderful work that the pothole crews are performing daily. For instance: On First, parallel to the Kroger loading dock, between Morton and College, there is a pothole again.
Another repeat repair request, caused by the weather: On E First in the 1300 block, near the intersection with Jordan, near the Little Library and the bench: several potholes.
There is a street lamp currently lying on Sare Road (between the area between Winston and Renwick). It appears that someone must have struck one of the light poles in this area.
1723 W Gray St, Bloomington, In 47404 This house has set vacant for almost 20 years, you can smell the mold and rot from a distance. We live very close to this house and see animals climb in and out of the chimney, the inside of this house is completely filled with mold, the floors are totally rotted. It's a major eyesore on our street, and has a major negative impact on our home values. Sometimes people break into it and it harbors questionable characters especially for a building that isn't livable, has no water or plumbing, etc. I'm afraid my kids one day will try to explore it since it's not locked, and they get hurt inside (I've explicitly told them to stay away from this building). Nothing on this property is maintained and since living one house down from this place, we have never once seen anyone come to mow, maintain, clean, etc. this property. We notice a lot of mosquitoes from this property and it worries us with new diseases developing with mosquitoes, this puts our neighborhoods kids and people in general at risk. I would highly recommend this get condemned. It's within City Limits.
This house is a few down from my house, and from my yard you can smell it. The house between us has a really bad cat overpopulation and you can see them all coming and going from this house. In the two years I’ve lived here, I’ve only seen animals come and go. I can’t imagine anything inside is worth saving. I worry with each bout of bad weather that this house will be blown onto our own. I also wonder what kind of disease and bacteria is being carried out of this house by the various wildlife that come to visit. Please come check this house out to see if it can be torn down. Our family would really appreciate it!
Two pot holes southbound just as your turn onto N Loesch Rd from Vernal Pike. In Southbound lane right at intersection.
