A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. Neighbor finally removed big bin of trash, but is still storing bags of garbage on their back porch, easy access for animals to spread garbage all over.
