The photograph of this hole was taken Sept. 27, 2019. The same hole can be found in case #161692 from Oct. 27, 2017. Danna Workman reported that the hole had been repaired, but I can assure you it was not. It is located between 1217 and 1221 N Madison (closer to 1217, and so large as to be observable from satellite photos and Google Street View). Even though I knew it was there, in the dark the other night, I nearly turned an ankle in it. The whole sidewalk along the west side of N. Madison between 16th and 17th is in a terrible state of disrepair and has been the entire time I've lived in this neighborhood. I know that landowners are supposed to maintain the sidewalks, but I also know that it's the city's duty to enforce that rule. What I don't know is why Danna Workman reported that the hole was repaired when it wasn't. In any event, the sidewalk is still a hazard. What are you going to do about it?
improved alley blocked with fallen limbs. The alley was improved by the property owners. the city was to maintain the alley after the improvement.
Unable to see traffic heading North on South Woodlawn when pulling out from University. Cars parked on the East side of South Woodlawn close to the intersection of Woodlawn and University obstruct the line of sight for oncoming motorist and bicyclist traffic.

Would it be possible to have some kind of guardrail installed on the edge of the road where the drainage creek crosses under the road in Crestmont Park - hopefully before winter? Since the road is already two narrow for two cars (which is a whole separate issue,) it would be helpful to have a safety measure in place to stop a car from driving or sliding off into the creek.
Our most recent bill includes a 'past due balance' amount which is $93.72. This amount had already been paid by us on September 8th. Can we please understand why it is being charged again in the new monthly bill?
I received a parking ticket when I visited the city stating I was parked in a "resident parking only" zone. I had to search the area to find the sign indicating this restriction, as it was totally obscured by tree branches/leaves, and I was not parked directly under the sign. Not sure how out of town visitors are supposed to follow the parking restrictions when they are not posted in observable manner. I believe this ticket should be forgiven, as no one who parked there would have seen the sign. UID number 236658 Please respond to Janice Tarter, skyoctober15@gmail.com Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
