The red Chevy truck with the flat bed has been parked for over a year with a flat tire. It does not appear to be operable. Behind the truck is a boat trailer with scrap lumber and shingles piled on it. The property is at the south west corner of N. Adams Street and W. 7th Street. The property is owned by Dustin Sullivan, 2912 State Ferry Road, Solsberry, IN.
Abandoned vehicle parked facing south on Fairview St. This vehicle has been parked on the cross section of W. 6th St. & Fairview St. for approximately 7 days which during that time has not moved. I forgot my paycheck in the walnut street garage I wasn’t sure who to reach out to, I saw it in the office but nobody was on duty.
On south Lincoln, just south of Driscoll there is a semi trailer parked, without a truck. It has been there about a week. It makes it near impossible to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of Driscoll onto Lincoln. Isn't there a parking ordinance prohibiting semi trailer long term parking?
I have been calling about this car since 2016. It has been turned around but is still parked in front of my house. The plates say 16. I was told by a policeman in 2017 that it would be moved in three days.... when I called 2 weeks later I was told they had new plates.... doesn't look like it. We could use the parking please. Weekday parking in Zone 4 has become nearly impossible since the recent ordinance change which combined Zones 4 & 5 AND the change to not allow zone 4 parkers to use empty metered spaces. Zone 4 is now filled with parkers from the Library and off-campus fraternity houses using visitor passes for their bros who drive in to park. HELP, Please.
The parking lines on the south side of the square are even more invisible than they were last year when I requested they be re-painted. I was told last summer that the painting was scheduled, and then it was winter and it hadn't been done. Then I was told it was scheduled for this past spring. It's still not done. These two cars have not moved for at least 2 years. The van is rusted out with flat tires. Is this allowed within the city? It is unsightly near my home.
