We Buy Houses sign nailed to a wooden pole at corner of S Walnut and Miller Drive
This sign should not be here in the public right of way. This is on the north west corner of Walnut & Winslow, by the Burger King. There are also signs on the north east corner of the intersection on a utility pole and in the ground that should be removed.

College Pro Painters sign. Coming from the Rogers/SareRd roundabout, heading towards the Jackson Creek shopping center, on the right hand side near the entrance to the Hyde Park Apartments (2909 S. Sare Rd).
The sidewalk on the west side of College Mall Rd just north of Moores Pike there is a tree that has branches hanging to about 4-5 feet over the ground, making it so that both pedestrians and cyclists have to duck to get below it. I believe the tree is the responsibility of Gentry Quarters, but I am unable to find contact information for the company to ask them to address it. I'm hoping the city can. Thank you.
We Buy Houses sign on the corner of College Mall Rd at the entrance to the AMC and Hobby Lobby parking lot, on the grass near the X-Finity building.
On Covenanter, at the entrance to the Kroger Jackson Creek parking lot near the gas station: CSL Plasma sign
Coming down Covenanter from Jackson Creek Kroger, going towards Clarizz Blvd, turn left onto Clarizz. On the right against the junction box is a sign from Eldercare Home Connections. A similar sign is on the grass of the AMC building, facing the parking lot, on the corner close to Hobby Lobby.
There is a blind corner at the corner of S Palmer Ave and E Driscoll St. I was driving south on Palmer and a car pulled out in front of me because they could not see me coming. I slammed on the brakes and I came very close to hitting the other car. If you drive by it is obvious that something needs to be done or someone is going to get injured.
At the gas station exit of the Jackson Creek Kroger parking lot: a sign advertising donating Plasma.
