hello. i'm confused about when yard waste pickup happens. for the last three mondays (my pickup day is monday) i have put my yard waste out but it hasn't been picked up (and no notice has been left indicating that there's a reason why it can't be picked up). has yard waste pickup not been happening? i unfortunately can't keep bringing it in and out, so i've left it out for now. thanks for looking into this issue!

Hi, I live at 3916 E Brighton Crest, 47401. A big branch of a tree by the street next to my house was broken, and I cut it off, and now it is laying on my yard. Does the city have any service to remove it or is it my responsibility to do it? Thanks, Bulent Guler

Hello, the wheel of my recycle bin broke off. I contacted you by phone on Wednesday and was told it would be fixed. I left the bin on the curb, but nothing has happened so far. My address is 3826 East Regents Circle, phone 812-345-3284 (m) or 812-335-8064 (h). The bin is still there.
There has been a shopping cart on my property for over a week now. I was told by a police officer to put a note on it with my trash and the City would take care of it. I did that on Sunday evening, but the cart is still on the sidewalk.
