There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? I had filed a claim earlier asking Bloomington to stop pushing snow on my retaining wall and that you had only plowed half of my drive. A driver came back and plowed and broke our wall. I have tried to email because the closed the claim saying resolved, but as you can see now that the snow has melted a little this situation is clearly not resolved. We paid $4000.00 for this retaining wall. I have called, emailed, my husband has come to your office and this is now my second claim. Please help!!
