Trash

210 E 12th ST

Case Date:
9/19/2019

Case #170190 has not been resolved. There is trash on the ground on the east side of the house and a pile of refuse on the SE corner of the property visible from the alley that is mostly cardboard and will become a mess when the next rain occurs.

I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? I fear it will have an impact on house values in that and adjoining neighborhoods. Thank you. Kathleen Chmelewski email: kathleen.chmelewski@gmail.com

The vacant northwest parcel located at the Countryside Lane and Starview Lane intersection is severely overgrown with noxious weeds and grass. Snakes and rodents are frequently seen in the area and many small children live in nearby homes.
