Third time to report an abandoned vehicle behind 1602 W. 7th St. After I reported it the second time, someone came and told me it would be gone in a week. It's still there, a month later.

Several weeks ago I reported an abandoned vehicle at 1602 W. 7th. It's still there, what's up with that?
Abandoned vehicle at 1602 W 7th.
304 Hopewell, wood pallet, 3 vacuum cleaners, an air conditioner on the ground under a window between the houses, the pile of automotive engine parts have not been removed yet ( under a blue tarp). Sure there is more....
304 Hopewell. There are bicycle parts, engines and transmissions, oils on city street (Habitat St.) Behind the house there is an air conditioner and a host of things not intended for outdoor use. Please get on this.
Darwin Schmidt Sat 3/23/2019 3:22 PM do-not-reply@bloomington.in.gov Apparently he didn't get the message. An open trash can is by the middle of his fence. A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. Please try again. On the bridge over Patterson Dr. on the B-Line there are 4 square B-line steel signs. In the recent winds, one of these has come loose and become bent. If there is more wind, which there will as it is almost spring, the remaining two connections may also become loose. It appears to me that the screws mounting the sign to the structure are not long enough. The sign then blowing and dropping makes for a very unsafe situation as it is 15 feet above the ground, sidewalk and road.
304 Hopewell, This Address has acquired quite a bit more trash that’s the last time I posted this issue. There Our boards big pieces of wood there are air conditioners and appliances in this yard there’s an aquarium there’s just all kinds of stuff that is not considered for use outside it’s just piled up junk I would appreciate it if you guys would actually and truly do something about it it’s aggravating it causes me embarrassment when people come over to my house. I consider this very negligent in the owner and in the city who virtually does nothing to fix the problem please make a difference
Please comply with Municipal code Chapter 6.06 - GARBAGE AND WEEDS The Street Department has told me repeatedly that Habitat St extends fully in front of 1417 W Habitat St, and the City of Bloomington will never reliquish right of way. Chance may have told City officials that the property is completely his, but he had converted both the front and back of his lot to his own needs. The Indiana Railroad cleared his stuff off their right-of-way; the story was in the papers. The City did not check about the trash with adjacent property owners at 1407 or 1419 West 8th St. In any case there are uncovered metal trash cans on City property, as well as a used tire. His trash still lines Habitat Street and the back of lot 1419 W 8th St. I have not been able to enjoy my back yard for years, and I anticipate another fine crop of mosquitoes to breed there each year, due to City inaction. Can you fix it? https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=155196 https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=154439
