There are three bird scooters blocking one of the crosswalk buttons on the southeast corner of the 10th and the bypass intersection. This makes it difficult to access the crossing button. This has been happening for about a month now.
Signs need thrown away at third and smith by hydrant. Following over, eye sore, and been there forever. Have prior reported. Just toss them! Thank you.

Am I still able to bring in old trash and yard waste stickers for reimbursement, or are there any charities still collecting those? Thank you, Deb
The downtown bus station has been deliberately gating off and not allowing the public to use the restrooms on and off for some time without a sign, notice anything sometimes for hours or a whole day this is illegal!
https://issuu.com/bloomingtonparks/docs/bloomington_parks_recreation_master This master plan isn't readable online. The type is too small. When I try blowing it up, I can only see a small section across the middle of each page. The transportation plan is readable. Why can't the Parks and Rec plan be readable as well?
Earlier this year I reported a vehicle parking on the pedestrian/cycling path connecting West Countryside Ln. to the Country View Apts. I observed a vehicle again blocking the path this Saturday, 17 November 2018 at approximately 2:30pm (uReport Case #163304). I have seen this particular vehicle parked on the path a number of times since the house was built adjacent to the path. Considering your suggestion from the previous incident, I have attached a photo of the offending vehicle. From the license plate, the operator appears to be connected with law enforcement (license plate LE8928). I find this very disturbing that an individual who should be setting an example for the community is using a pedestrian path for convenience. I would like to point out that I occasionally ride my bicycle on this path and have observed pedestrians on it as well. Also, there is plenty of street parking in this part of the neighborhood in front of the houses, i.e., I don't see lack of available parking as an excuse. Thank you for addressing his matter, Nick Edison
There are a couple of holes on Leonard Springs Rd. where there are deep holes. I believe from underground access areas that were not raised after paving. One, right after Tapp Rd going south is terrible and I cant avoid it if there is oncoming traffic.
