On the bridge over Patterson Dr. on the B-Line there are 4 square B-line steel signs. In the recent winds, one of these has come loose and become bent. If there is more wind, which there will as it is almost spring, the remaining two connections may also become loose. It appears to me that the screws mounting the sign to the structure are not long enough. The sign then blowing and dropping makes for a very unsafe situation as it is 15 feet above the ground, sidewalk and road.

The roof has to be on the verge of collapse. If someone were to enter this structure, who knows what could happen to them. Beyond the fact that it is blight right in the middle of one of the most important parts of the city, the property and the structure is a danger to anyone near it. Please do something about this. It has been sitting like this entirely too long.

There is an empty lot next to 1401 W. 6 Street that someone has been dumping bagged trash.

These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.

The trash pickup at my home consistently tosses my bin into my flower bed and has destroyed my expensive perennial flowers. For years, I had private trash pickup and not once did this occur, yet every week the city trash pickup tosses my bin in my flower bed. I have to pay for a service I didn't want, didn't request--that was forced upon me--and I also have to put up with destruction of my property? A bit ridiculous. I have included a picture from last week (and have others) but this occurs nearly every week.
