Several parking meters in front of our business are not working due to damage (they are not even installed) - this causes nearby tenants to park in these spots "free" for many days in a row, leaving nowhere for our customers to park. Black Toyota suv keeps parking in the 15 min space and sits there for long time. Driver works for Indian restaurant on the corner of 6th and Walnut. Please enforce this for delivery drivers.

Nothing to do with parking meters but In the ally way between the church and chipotle cars are parking in the alley way and signs are posted causing a traffic jam.
