I understood about the cancelation of services last week due to the weather. Today my trash was picked up but not the recycling. I do live on a cul-de-sac in Peppergrass, but I did not see anyone else's recyle containers left out. I left for work before things were picked and got home just a little while ago. Now I have two weeks worth of recycling in my container. Can anything be done about this before next Thursday. I did put my container back in the garage. Please let me know when I can put it back out for pick up

The trash or recycling truck drove through the median area in the middle of the cul de sac in between 500 and 501 South Arbutus Drive. This left deep tire ruts in the grass. City trash and recycling truck drivers normally back down our street since the trucks are too large to navigate the turn-around. The driver today may have been unfamiliar with this practice.

Not the first time when my trash bin is only half emptied by garbage pickup. I realize there are a lot of houses to go through, but the least you all can do is FULLY empty my trash bin.

I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. Trash can set down in middle of driveway, trash can dumped over in middle of road. This happens more often than not.
