The backyard and deck area are extremely overgrown and unkept. The property is a student rental house and the owners do not maintain the area.

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Garbage can and trash on the street now for two weeks, bags are being broken into by animals.

Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. Thanks for your work.
