Abandoned Vehicle in the parking lot across from where I live. It has been there over a year. It has a license plate in the front driver's window near the VIN. The vehicle has not been moved. There is a late 90's white dodge caravan that hasn't moved in months. It has a flat tire and the back window is busted out. It also has a parking ticket on it. Can it please be removed?

2 motorhomes and 5 cars parked in driveway. 1 motorhome is broken, and has not moved in over 4 years. Violates Code 15.4.020. Vehicle is over 3 models old, mechanically inoperable, on private property visible from public property (city sidewalk), for more than 20 days.
Car parked on street has not been moved in at least three months, now tires have gone flat and the car cannot even be moved. This is not a permit zone and there is extremely limited parking for all of the houses on the block.
