Continuous issue with letting their dog roam freely without a leash on. No owner in sight when dog is let out. This is becoming an issue because their dog is approaching my dog when he’s on a leash and approaching other dogs while they’re on their leashes. This can cause a lot of issues as to children in the area and possibly an adult. The neighbor is also allowing the dog to urinate on other people’s front porches. Tenants in this apartment appear to have multiple dogs (4 from what we have heard) that are left out on their back deck for long periods of time and bark enough to disturb the neighbors. The number of dogs is in violation of our pet policy, but my main concern is the health and well being of the animals.
