Hi, please reopen the basketball hoopa at Building & Trades Park. I understand it is a small thing, and closing the hoops is done in the interest of public health, however basketball is something that can be done individually, or among persons sharing quarantine, with no risk of contamination of shared surfaces (as would be the case at the playgrounds for example). Seeing as outdoor activity was declared essential, it makes more sense to determine unsafe groupings that to preemptively punish responsible citizens trying to engage in recreation safely. Did you see the line at the farmers market today for the online ordering and produce pick up? I found this drone footage posted online, and read a comment suggesting some people waited in line for up to 2 hours?? Is there any way to move this to the football stadium on campus to get better traffic flow? Rogers was all backed up for quite some time.
