It appears they have dugup the entire lot. Are there onsite parking requirements for the number of tenants expected? The on-street parking places in this neighborhood are already full of cars. Is there a height restriction? Will there be or has there been an opportunity for public comment about any proposal for this site? Will the number of parking passes issued be limited to the actual number of residents? This all seems a bit third-world...
