For 3 weeks in a row my recycling bin has not been emptied. Everything in the bin is compliant and I have not received any notices.
Sometimes, like today, the City picks up my trash but not my recycling. I know that I am recycling properly. Is there a reason that the City would not take the recycling on the designated day when it’s put out properly?

The trash in the 3600 block of morningside dr 47408 was not picked up. The south side of the street was but the north side did not get picked up. Thank you
