On Thursday afternoon, the storm brought down half of our huge sugar maple tree. It fell across the road closing Rockport Rd completely. Neighbors and my husband, Steve Cook, cut and cleared the road. Your road crew came by and put cones on either end of the sidewalk and said they would be back the next day to clear the sidewalk, but they did not come – no blame at all as we are sure they were plenty busy. We wanted to make sure there was a record of this work still needing to be done. Feel free to call and leave a message. An arborist will be coming to ascertain the rest of the tree and the removal of the giant from our yard, although with thunderstorms all Saturday, I don't expect it will be today. Thank you.

How long until this sidewalk is repaired to be usable? The CBU hazard marker has been here for months.
Near 612 N Walnut Street, there is the remnant of a light pole sticking up from the sidewalk causing a tripping hazard.
Brick missing in sidewalk / trip hazard
Refer to uReport 182356 dated Dec 30, 2022. Your online reply on Feb 13 2023 states that a vendor has been contacted for repairs to the damaged aluminum fence guarding the slope bordering the sidewalk at this location. Your email reply to me on Feb 13 2023 stated that the contractor has ordered the materials, and will be installed when received. Questions: When will the ordered materials be received? When will the received materials be installed? When will this case really be closed?
The snow plows destroyed my lawn at 9141 oliver avenue south on the corner. Can someone please come out and repair the turf? Thanks, Nick Rachuna
I was using my power chair to travel to the other side of Landmark Avenue to find a working crosswalk. When I got to the portion of sidewalk that borders the Anderson Medical Product's back parking lot (where they park all their vans), there was a curb with no curb cut, so I couldn't get onto the sidewalk.
Two bricks are missing from the decorative sidewalk in front of the Waldron's Walnut St entrance. Can they be replaced? Concerned about a trip hazard.
