I often find that this light is red for traffic on 3rd street, with many cars stopped and waiting most times I cross this intersection. There is much more traffic on 3rd street than Woodscrest and Hillsdale. It has often led me to believe that the light might be mistimed, biassed towards the traffic crossing 3rd street. I am not at all sure that it is indeed mistimed, but it seems like it, and might be worth checking if there is a way to assess that issue. I wish you would put a sign on the little median between the traffic lanes. When traveling North on SR46, and turning left onto 10th, when it's dark or raining, it's difficult to see which lane to turn into. We know to find the triangular median but a sign or reflectors would really help. I'm always afraid I will accidentally turn into the oncoming traffic lane. Thank you.
