Pothole/uneven walkway where the street transitions to the sidewalk, located in the City ROW.
Rental permit should not be renewed until property owner repairs the sidewalk in front of house. It is highly degraded and dangerous.
At the intersection of 4th & Grant, Contractors during the Hidden River Project failed to paint a yellow curb on the north side of the street. I see cars parking here (and today) and it’s not a meter parking spot. Can the city come and paint this in hope it will deter people from parking here. Too close to the intersection.
I was told last year that the city portion of Maybury Mall and Market Place by Woodland Springs Apartments would be repaved this year. Will that happen and when ?
The signs giving instructions for the back-in parking should have the diagram (map) rotated 180 degrees. The standard for such diagrams is to have the direction of movement going UP the page, not down. Also, the parking spaces are shown on the right side of the diagram; it looks like you are instructed to front into spaces on the right (the small arrows pointing down are hard to notice, while the up-&-right arrow is large).
The edge of the street near the front of 3229 S Coppertree Drive has sunk 4 or 5 inches below the edge of the concrete gutter. This same kind of sinking has caused foundation problems nearby.
Off of the parking lot directly behind this house is a large pothole on the left edge of the alley as your enter onto W 8th St. heading towards Walnut St. This is the alley directly behind Sports on Walnut St
Potholes on 4th street between S Bryan ave and S Union street
Sidewalk project is complete, but the large signage was left behind. See east side of property along Grant.
