Storm drainage culvert on East side of Binford Elementary is continually flowing clear water even during dry summer times. It is flooding the front yard of 648 Woodscrest downstream. just started this summer. We thought it was runoff from the school AC units but now that weather has cooled, it is still flowing. Concerned there is a broken pipe under the school or nearby that is flowing continually into this storm drain under the school.

My house is at 2308 E Linden Hill Drive in the Stands. In the open area behind my house, which borders on the Stands Drive there is a manhole labelled "sanitary sewer". Nearby that manhole there are 3 or 4 apparent sink holes (one about 18 inches deep) that seem to have formed recently. They may have no connection with the sewer system, but I suggest that they be checked out to make certain that there is not a leak of some kind, that could cause more damage. In February a water main burst and was promptly repaired. The hole has been filled but complete resurfacing has not been done. When can residents expect this to be completed? Thank you.

This intersection drainage project has been weeks ongoing. Now we are left with an absolutely horrid street. The utility cuts were filled with gravel but have rutted out to be almost impassable. This is addition to the pot holes and drains that are unfinished.

Since the storm Friday night, our toilets and sink are gurgling and not flushing well. We have a manhole in front of our house and another one next door at the corner of Rock Creek and Montclair. It seems like we have a clog from that storm. The neighbors across the street are having the same issue. Thank you.
