Water seems to be gently bubbling up through the asphalt at 3 or 4 spots on the north side of Arden Drive, just west of the intersection with Wilton Drive. I have a little video, but don't seem to be able to upload it from my phone.

Water is bubbling up in front yard.
There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North. It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated. Cbu replaced 3 hydrants during main replacement. These areas need to be replanted . Additionally during one replacement irrigation damage resulted in a $400 charge for repair. We request reimbursement
On Atwater: pothole in front of the IU Optometry building in the 800th bloc; a sunken manhole cover, creating a nasty bump in front of house 1000 Atwater.
TWO VERY DEEP HOLES AT THE EAST EDGE OF HIGH STREET A FEW YARDS SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF E. THESE HOLES ARE DEEP AND LARGE ENOUGH TO DESTROY A TIRE OR SUSPENTION OF A VEHICLE. LOSS OF CONTROL IS A CLEAR POSSIBILITY. THE STREET HAS RECENTLY BEEN RE-PAVED AND THE HOLES REMAIN.THEY HAVE EXISTED FOR SEVERAL YEARS.
