Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers)

A few minutes ago, a white dump truck without City emblems stopped in front of my house. Two men got out and shoveled the leaves from the drain in front of my house and across the street into the drains. I thought we weren’t supposed to put leaves in the drain. The drain in front of my house is my adopt-a-drain, so it didn't have many leaves but the one across the street had more.

Would you please send a street sweeper down Faculty Ave between Atwater and Hunter. Lots of sweet gum balls in the street make walking hazardous. Thank you.

There is a very deep washed out area along the eastern shoulder of S Henderson St south of Winslow Rd -- across from All American Storage. There is also some severe erosion happening on the other side of the "V" on the sides of Walnut St Pike by the Echo apartments.

Covenanter & College Mall Road: there's a ton of sand and gravel in the road. It's on the West side of the intersection where eastbound covenanter traffic waits at the light. Tires spin just trying to go from a red light. It's quite dangerous.

Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. Thank you; Dave Kamen

Can the loose sand and gravel be swept up at the intersection of Fenbrook Lane and East Moores Pike? For westbound bicyclists on Moores Pike who are turning north onto Fenbrook, the sand and gravel presents a hazardous situation. Cyclists are approaching at speed since there is a downhill, they want to make a smooth, wide turning radius, but the sand and gravel presents an potentially dangerous obstacle while turning. Thank you for your consideration.

Before you even begin, yes, I am aware of the area indicated is not part of your responsibility, but everything that is causing the issue is coming from City side.
If I may, I’m very grateful that the city sand, salt, plow trucks pass this way each snowy icy day.
But now the sand is making its own Sand-Bar. Which in turn, causes water to run across the road and wash out the opposite side. ( not a good thing for those of us that live on the opposite side) If I may request the street sweeper to pass aggressively directly in line with the building that is opposite to the address of 1604 Weimer Rd. that would be amazing. And since I’m pushing the envelope, could the driver of said sweeper, just continue to connect the last 100-yards onto Sudbury Dr. and score those brownie points with your neighbors.
As always, please and thank you.

On Grandview Ave, across the street from 3411, there is a hole on the side of the road that was discovered after utility work happened in the neighborhood. The hole is loose and getting larger. It seems it is related to some utility that may be buried beside the road, and it is VERY close to a marked gas line. There is another sinking spot on the corner of Kerry and Grandview, but it is low and muddy and not open like the other spot. I am worried about dogs or kids getting a foot stuck in it, or a gas leak. Thank you.
