Retaining wall is collapsing on NW corner of property. Sidewalk has been blocked for weeks, preventing wheelchair traffic and posing a dangerous situation, as it is hard to see in the dark and is unavoidable.
Please close report #177626. It was mistakenly associated with 810 N. Lincoln. The correct address is 806 N. Lincoln, and there is now a case for that address (#177802). The wall at 810 N. Lincoln is not sound, but it is not currently crumbling into the sidewalk.

Property management of rental triplex at 802 W 7th has not removed snow from the sidewalk of corner property since snowstorm on Thursday, February 3rd.
Guy in the corner house does not clear snow from sidewalk.

No snow removal on sidewalks. This is managed by granite properties. Both buildings 801 & 809 have parking lots cleared but not the sidewalks. It has been well after 24hrs since the last snowfall.
