There is a City-owned tree in the ROW that is completely covered in vines, some of which are poison ivy. The vines are right next to the sidewalk, and are so high that the vine is going to seed. Is this the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, or does the City attend to its own trees?
Good Morning, can you please refer me .who i would need to contact.Our son attends IU, we signed a lease with Omega properties. And they are not cooperating with us. We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. My sons car was damaged. and they have not been very helpfull. if you can direct me to the right department. thank you Tina Aitken

The backyard and deck area are extremely overgrown and unkept. The property is a student rental house and the owners do not maintain the area.
