I’ve had some health problems while staying in my apartment here in fountain park apartments due to black mold and a mice infestation. The black mold was found in my kitchen next to the water heater where it had flooded that year and soaked into the wood and rotted. They sprayed it with something to make it go away but I believe it’s still inside of the walls and other parts of the apartment. I’ve been having breathing problems the entire time I’ve stayed here and have documented it all. The apartment manager had someone do an air test inside and outside of the apartment. I don’t feel safe because of my existing health issues and I barely stay in my apartment. My apartment has flooded many times and according to my neighbor this has happened for years because of poor plumbing.

Please have the owners of the trash cans along the west side of Smith Rd just south of the 10th st/Smith Rd intersection REMOVE their trash cans from the bike lane after their trash pick-up day. They can also remove their cans from the street instead of leaving them next to the road. Thank you.

My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. Had an individual call the Mayors office the past two days concerned about the excessive growth located near Westplex and 3rd South, west corner. Wanted me to reopen his prior uReport with the number 189088, but am not able to so I am filing a new one. He said that he has also seen homeless individuals in this area.

There is a derelict house at 410 S Highland. Almost every night (it's 9:45 now) people are using a mini front loader and moving stuff around and there's an enormous trailer parked in the street. It would be great to know what the heck is the future of this eyesore. Thanks

See case #188814. Action does not appear to have been taken. Rat problem is increasing. This dumpster is *regularly* visited by people who do not live in the complex, both those who drive up, dump their trash and then speed away, and also by those who climb into the dumpster and rummage around for food and other *valuables*. The latter leave a mess (as per attached). Is there any way to force the owners to enclose or secure the dumpster so that only tenants have access to it? Management (Parker Rentals) do not seem to care.

West end of the retaining wall on north side of the property (Cottage Grove side) has degraded so much so that the capstone is no longer supported by underlaying stone and could fail if any significant pressure is placed on it, such as someone sitting or stepping on it. It is adjacent to the former driveway.

Alley way between N. Washington an N. Lincoln is very overgrown for pedestrians and vehicles.
