I appreciate you mowing so quickly after I called to mow. There is still overgrowth there. Furthermore, I have seen people coming in and out of the empty building that used to be the red cross. I don't think they are supposed to be there. Can you post a sign that says no trespassing? They broke a window within the last week to get in.

The grass is not being maintained at this location next to our property. The grass regularly reaches nearly 12 inches high before it is mowed maybe once a month.

The grass is only mowed once per month by the leasing company. The current length after 2 weeks of growth is well over 8 inches - allowing infestation of ticks to spread.

Squatters making quite a mess running what appears to be a junk business of sorts. Also, dumpster sitting in right of way.

What is going on here? A half-deconstructed building that is a danger to all who seek shelter on this property and a general eyesore. Are you aware that the 8’ basement is nearly full of water. Not a very safe place to bathe…I believe the city planning department (or the city in conjunction with the county) has the ability to condemn this structure and cause the cleanup of this site. Current owner: Mike Ross of Wow Food Group. Please contact him and ask him to either repair the building or secure the facility to prevent loss of life.
