Owners have not mowed the yard. Believe it’s in violation.
Owners have not mowed the yard. Believe it’s in violation.
Trash has not been placed at the curb for over a month.
Abandoned house with trash and debris in yard. It has been this way for months.
The grass in the yard is about a foot tall and there is a tree in the drainage ditch.
Trash has not been cleaned up from the west side of the property. Now there is extensive overgrowth of bushes, weeds, etc.
Trash all over yard east of house.
The renters in this house continually over stack their trash and it is not taken. There is also a lot of trash scattered about the yard.
Excessive Growth; unkempt shrubs/landscaping throughout entire front of property and growing through and over fence line into sidewalk. Main tree is over grown and needs to be pruned. Lawn needs cutting.
Retaining wall along alley is collapsing. House is close enough to wall that structural damage could occur. Property owner is the same as 427 N. Washington, which has also recently had a retaining wall collapse, but the owners just piled the cinder block back up and left it that way. That building is not so close to the wall as to create a hazardous situation - it is just an eyesore.
At residence 213 N Grant. Residents have put trash/Recycling bins on sidewalk blocking it.
