Not sure what is going on at the empty lot at 416 E cottage Grove but is seems to have become a dumping grounds for old building material including a pile of old wood with nails in it. No building permit is visible at the site.
Our recycling dumpster is overflowing and has not been picked up in 2 week.
Snow has not been removed from sidewalk. Snow has now turned to ice and footing is treacherous.

this rental house is a disgrace to the neighborhood the house is vacant & the lawn has not been cut this year please notify owner

Garbage overflowing bins and scattered about all over "street" (more like an alley).
Grass is knee-high, degraded sidewalk is treacherous, nasty couch sitting on porch and trash bins laying around out front. The place is an eyesore.
