When walking southbound on the Jackson Creek Trail, just south of Winslow, there are a couple houses up on the hill to the left (located on Linden Hill Drive, or maybe Ashwood?) where various items have washed down into the ravine from backyards. This includes stairs, and what looks like portions of small decks. This is particularly noticeable now that the trees are bare. The homeowners should really be asked to clean this up, and prevent these objects from ending up the creek.

I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! There is consistently debris around the building from the ongoing rennovations. Often broken glass, overflowing trash, and other unsightly and potentially hazardous materials.

Alleyway is very icy that is running onto the main road. If the sun/temperatures today do not melt ice, this is a fall hazard for pedestrians.

The Police Department received a complaint that the sidewalks along Covenanter Dr and Nota Dr are snow/ice covered and very dangerous. Complainant advised that this needs to be address with homeowners in the neighborhood.
