I own the property located at 1005 N. Jackson St, 47404. Shortly after purchasing the property the house next door burned down. We felt very fortunate that our house was not damaged. The house was demolished, however, shortly after demolishing the house someone has set up a tent on the lot and multiple people have been seen using the tent. There is trash surrounding the tent. Though we have not seen a fire there is what appears to be a makeshift fire pit. We use this property as a short term rental and it has the proper permits. I am personally concerned about the safety of my wife who spends some of her days working on improvements within the property. Obviously concerned about the impact on our ability to rent the home with the above described situation. I'm not sure what can be done but after reviewing the code it does not seem like this fits the intended use of the property. I am also empathetic to the rise of homelessness in our community, but this is a residential neighborhood and for the safety of all community members something should be done. We dodged a serious issue when the house burnt down and worry we may not be so lucky if something happens again. Thanks for your attention to this matter, please reach out with any questions. runs north ans south between target and old kmart construction site. lots of trash on the embakment on the target side. i do a lot of trash pic up around town, to help out. i know i report alot of areas but i think its an important thing for our city.

East Morningside Drive. One yard on south side has had limb branch pile out for months if you can request remove. Also further down the sidewalk is impeded by overhanging limbs and would be AWESOME if you can ask they cut them.

Excessive growth on strip of land on Sare Rd at crossing into Hyde Park at David St. This hasn’t been mowed at all this year and was only mowed several times last year. I think the city can do a better job. I consider this a health hazard.

Cambridge Square Apartment bldg303 unit 313. Manager Diane Cook rented me an apartment which had bed bugs. She knew of these conditions and denied numerous current and past residents treatment for what is infecting our apartments. Then she routinely blames clients to get them evicted which she is currently trying to do to me!

Trash is routinely thrown out front door onto sidewalk. Woman routinely breaks glass and throws objects into street. Trash often remains for days before any cleanup occurs. The address is 617 N. Monroe. This happens throughout the day and night. Often items are thrown into neighbors properties. This situation needs to be addressed by authorities and the rental property owners and management. Situation has been constant since woman moved into home. A directory of rental properties needs to be available for neighbors to report directly to property managers and report ongoing issues. If legitimate complaints are not resolved, citations need to be issued by the proper government agencies.

Please, clean up our neiborhood. I am talking about West Graham drive in Broadview. My taxes are increased and still our neighborhood has the scourge of 913 West Graham Drive. There are many unrelated people living at this address. More than the limit. The area in front of and beside the house has cars parked not on the street but in the yard. There have been many add in’s to this property and we saw no display of a building permit. Neighbors believe this is a drug house. People park their cars in the middle of the street obstructing traffic when visiting this property. Make our neighborhood safe again. Worst city government in 50 years.
