They do not appear to receive city trash removal services and this accumulation of trash bags and random debris is a violation of Bloomington Trash and Recycling ordinance: "Accumulated trash is unsanitary and attracts rats and other animals. This attracts pests and is a detriment to the health and safety of the neighborhood.

the sidewalk is full of snow and ice - the 1300 block of south henderson. Children trying to walk to school cannot walk in the street - please clean off your side walks - this is a safety issue.
