There is a bunch of trash in the woods on the east side of Adams between Fountain and the B-Line.

These extra bags of trash have been on side of house (very visible) for 3-4 weeks+. I think the pile is growing.

The stone chimney is damaged and stones continue to fall from this home off their roof onto my property. The owner needs to do something with this chimney to make it safe.

Theres is excessive growth of bushes and branches all over this lot. In the summer, there is poison ivy and the overgrowth blocks the sidewalk. There is also a dead tree leaning towards the neighbouring house. This is a concern because a tree next to this one fell during the December storm. The lot address does not have a number: it is on W Cottage Grove Av between 1208 and 1212.

North sidewalk along E 3rd, from Lincoln to Grant, is uncleared of snow. It's a difficult walk. Thank you.

Sidewalks have not been cleared. It's not so much a issue for me but I have a neighbor who is in a wheelchair and another neighbor who use a walker. The new management here is doing an inadequate job.
