Also, while you are picking that one up, there is another, LARGER sign and rack that is lying in the shrubs on the property of Plantation North, right across from 418 N. Grant. Large shrub in front of house is so large that it is mostly preventing use of the sidewalk right there. House might be an IU property. Does City have jurisdiction over Campus?
There is a giant machine outside out my apartment for construction work. It is the week before finals and it starts making one of the loudest noises I have ever heard at 7 am. It’s ridiculous and don’t see why they can’t start at 9.
Shrub on NE corner of intersection (7th/Washington) is a bit large and blocks line of sight for vehicles on Washington waiting to cross the intersection.

Invasive plants (bush honeysuckle?)on NW corner of property along Cottage Grove have grown out so far that the sidewalk is almost unusable. A wheelchair could probably not easily navigate it without getting stuck in the grass of the ROW. Should be trimmed back to property line, at least.
