Sometime last weekend someone threw the cones that are on the High Street sidepath, where the guy wires for the telephone pole extend into the path, over the fence. A couple of them have been retrieved, but others are on private property. The cones need to be set back up. Better yet, the guy wire situation should be taken care of.

Please consider adding a stop sign at the intersection of Highland and the street leading into/out of the YMCA property. Curving road, ascending and descending roads, blocked views, speeding cars, pedestrians and children. Need a safer way to cross and turn at this intersection. Thank you

On 7th street the construction has resulted in multiple stop signs being taken out. Every day I see cars spewing through which is ferrying especially at night when it is hard to see pedestrians because of the new bike lane. This neighborhood is where my friends reside and every day I fear for their safety. These stops signs need to be put back in immediately because of the danger they are actively putting residents and students in. Construction should not result in danger for safety.

Hello, I live at 514 S Grant St. This morning a private company (All Seasons Heating and Cooling) started digging up the alley directly in front of my driveway. The alley connects Grant and Lincoln on the 500 S block. There was no prior notice given that my driveway would become inaccessible. I assume this is not the city's protocol for these type of instances.
Request a new Street Light

There is an URGENT need for a stop light at the intersection of 10th street and John Hinkle Place with Woodbridge Apartments. Specifically, children are crossing that intersection every day to board school buses. I have personally witnessed occasions when cars traveling both east and west in 10th street have had to apply brakes in an emergency manner to avoid fatalities. I can assure you it is only a matter of time before pedestrians and vehicles will be involved in accidents resulting in fatalities. The City of Bloomington is hereby put on notice that unless this emergency situation is not addressed the result will be fatalities. As an attorney, I can assure you that the City is legally liable WHEN these fatalities occur. Thank you. Randall Smith 650 Woodbridge Drive Bloomington IN 47408 Telephone: 812 325 1226. At the corner of 3rd and Clarizz. Sitting at the light heading west and turning south onto Clarizz the concrete barrier sticks out in a manner that is not very visible at night. I blew a tire hitting the concrete bicycle median. I hope this makes sense. Than you.

This is a test as people are telling me that this is not submitting. So they called the Mayor's office and the response was that they didn't know why it doesn't work. So I'll submit a ticket if this doesn't submit.

On E Second, close to the corner of Woodscrest and E Second, there are low overhanging branches on the footpath next to the school grounds. Pedestrians have to duck to avoid them.
